This product is also great for constipation or IBS issues. With this juice, it is not a meal replacement nor program and you can drink up to 2 or 3 a week depending on your digestive system. Start with a half of jug and see how your body reacts we also recommend refrigeration due to its ingredients. If you do not consume within 7 days freeze the jugs.
